The Scooch

The Scooch is a sandwich created by Will Bauer, a restaurant chef in Baltimore, USA.[1]

It was conceived in the Fall of 2003 at Sapori D'Italia and named after employee Dominic Cutaio. The Scooch is now on the menu at Sotto Caffe in the T. Rowe Price building, 13.5% Wine Bar in Hampden, Isabella's of Little Italy, Grano, DiPasquale's of Fallston, and Bruschetta of White Marsh.

The traditional Scooch consists of Citterio Hot Sopressata, Boar's Head Natural Capicola, Primadonna cheese all grilled on a ciabatta roll with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, roasted red peppers, and sliced hot cherry peppers.
